Common use of Activities of Others Clause in Contracts

Activities of Others. No Covered Person shall be liable for the negligence, whether of omission or commission, dishonesty or bad faith of any employee, broker or other agent of the Partnership selected by any Covered Person with reasonable care.

No Covered Person shall be liable to the Company or any Member, in its capacity as such, for the negligence, whether of omission action or commissionomission, dishonesty or bad faith of any employee, broker or other agent of the Partnership Company selected and retained in good faith by the Company or by any Covered Person with reasonable carePerson.
