Common use of Activities of the Participating UN Organizations Clause in Contracts

Activities of the Participating UN Organizations. 1. The implementation of the programmatic activities will be the responsibility of the Participating UN Organizations and will be carried out by each Participating UN Organization in accordance with its applicable regulations, rules, directives and procedures. On the termination or expiration of this Memorandum of Understanding, the matter of ownership of supplies and equipment will be determined in accordance with the regulations, rules, directives and procedures applicable to such Participating UN Organizations, including, where applicable, any agreement with the relevant host Government (if applicable).
