Technical and Organizational Measures. The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.

Technical and Organizational Measures. This Schedule 2 applies to describe the applicable technical and organizational measures for the purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010), New Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable Data Protection Law.
Technical and Organizational Measures. Genesys has implemented measures to maintain the security of its facilities and networks as set forth in the Appendices. The technical and organisational measures are subject to technical progress and further development. In this respect, it is permissible for Genesys to implement alternative adequate measures, provided such changes do not reduce the security provided. Substantial changes will be documented.
Technical and Organizational Measures. (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organizational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection. Upon acceptance by the Client, the documented measures become the foundation of the contract. Insofar as the inspection/ audit by the Client shows the need for amendments, such amendments shall be implemented by mutual agreement. (2) The Supplier shall establish the security in accordance with Article 28 Paragraph 3 Point c, and Article 32 GDPR in particular in conjunction with Article 5 Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 2 GDPR. The measures to be taken are measures of data security and measures that guarantee a protection level appropriate to the risk concerning confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems. The state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope and purposes of processing as well as the probability of occurrence and the severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons within the meaning of Article 32 Paragraph 1 GDPR must be taken into account. In this respect, it is permissible for the Supplier to implement alternative adequate measures. In so doing, the security level of the defined measures must not be reduced. Technical and Organizational Measures. 4.1. Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Siemens shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. The technical and organizational measures implemented by Siemens for this purpose are described in the DPT Annexes. Customer understands and agrees that the technical and organizational measures are subject to technical progress and development. In that regard, Siemens shall have the right to implement appropriate alternative measures as long as the security level of the measures is maintained. 4.2. The technical and organizational measures described in the DPT Annexes apply to the IT-system and applications of Siemens and Siemens’ Subprocessors. Customer is responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate technical and organizational measures for components that Customer provides or controls, such as implementing physical and system access control measures for Customer’s own premises, assets and IT-systems or configuring the Offerings to Customer’s individual requirements.

In this respect, it is permissible for the Processor to implement alternative adequate measures from time to time. In so doing, the security level of the defined measures must not be reduced.
Technical and Organizational Measures. Service Provider shall take appropriate Technical and Organizational Security Measures against unauthorized or unlawful Processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, the Personal Data provided by Customer appropriate to the harm that might result from the unauthorized or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction or damage and the nature of the data to be protected, having regard to the state of the technological development and the cost of implementing any measures where appropriate, for example, pseudonymisation and encryption of Personal Data.
