Activity Deemed a Nuisance Clause Samples

The "Activity Deemed a Nuisance" clause defines and prohibits any actions or behaviors on the premises that are considered disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others, such as excessive noise, foul odors, or illegal activities. Typically, this clause empowers the property owner or manager to determine what constitutes a nuisance and to require the offending party to cease such activities immediately. Its core practical function is to maintain a safe, peaceful, and orderly environment by preventing activities that could negatively impact other occupants or the surrounding community.
Activity Deemed a Nuisance. Management, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to determine if conduct by Exhibitor or its agents, employees or officers, creates a nuisance. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, noise levels, odors, safety precautions, obscenity, humor and communications of any kind or nature. Exhibitor must immediately discontinue the conduct and remove the offending individuals or sources upon written notice from Management that said conduct constitutes a nuisance. Management shall reasonably articulate the conduct or source of activity which Management deems a nuisance.
