Acts Beyond Our Control Exclusion. Breakdowns that occur, delays in service, or the failure to provide service, that are caused by the following are not covered: environmental events, such as lightning, mud, earthquake, storms, wind, ice, fire, freezing, and flood; soil movement; soil settlement; water damage; war; terrorism; civil unrest; electrical failure or surge; excessive or inadequate water pressure; government restrictions or shutdowns; labor shortages, labor or factory stoppages, or strike; supply chain disruptions; public health emergencies including pandemics and epidemics; or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
