Common use of Acts of Obligees Clause in Contracts

Acts of Obligees. (a) Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, an Act of Obligees shall become effective when it is delivered to the Indenture Trustee and, where it is expressly required, to the Shipowner and the Secretary. Proof of execution of any instrument appointing an agent or attorney to execute an Act of Obligees made in the manner of subsection (b) below shall be sufficient for any purpose of this Indenture.
