Common use of Actual Review Costs Clause in Contracts

Actual Review Costs. Tenant shall pay to Landlord its actual costs incurred by its architect in reviewing and approving the Preliminary Plans, Working Drawings and Final Plans. All such reimbursements shall be made within ten (10) days after receipt of written invoice for same.
