Common use of Actual Service Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Actual Service Expenditures. The Contractor’s actual amount paid for Covered Services (as defined in Appendix A) delivered during each Demonstration Year. Actual Service Expenditures shall be priced at the Contractor fee level and should include all payments to providers for Covered Services, including pay-for-performance payments, risk-sharing arrangements, or sub-capitation payments.
