Common use of Acupuncture Services Clause in Contracts

Acupuncture Services. For all acupuncture services, Blue Shield has contracted with American Specialty Health Plans of California, Inc. (ASH Plans) to act as the Plan’s acupuncture services administrator. Benefits are available for acupuncture evaluation and treatment. Acupuncture services must be provided by a Physician, licensed acupuncturist, or other appropriately licensed or certified Health Care Provider.
