Acéquia Funding Agreement. The State of New Mexico and the Signatory Acéquias, through the RCAA, Acéquias Norteñas, La Asociación de las Acéquias del Rio Vallecitos, Tusas y Ojo Caliente, and the El Xxxx Xxxxx Association, shall enter into a funding agreement that includes a schedule for distribution of state funding to the Signatory Acéquias in accordance with this Article 12.1.

  • Funding Agreement On the Original Issue Date set forth above, the Company will issue to the Trust the Funding Agreement(s) identified by number in the Pricing Supplement.
