Common use of Ad Hoc Reporting Clause in Contracts

Ad Hoc Reporting. The Contractor shall have the capability to support ad hoc reporting requests, at no additional cost, in addition to those listed in this contract, both from its own organization and from the State in a reasonable time frame. The time frame for submission of the report will be determined by DMAHS with input from the Contractor based on the nature of the report. DMAHS shall at its option request six (6) to eight (8) reports per year, hardcopy or electronic reports and/or file extracts. This does not preclude or prevent DMAHS from requiring, or the Contractor from providing, additional reports, at no additional cost, that are required by State or federal governmental entities or any court of competent jurisdiction.
