ADDENDUM D. Excluded Positions Further to discussions in collective bargaining in August 2014, the parties agree that the following excluded job titles were referenced in the previous collective agreement between the parties: City Manager, Operations Services Director, Corporate Services Director, Treasurer, Finance Manager, Financial Planning Manager, Bylaw Enforcement/Property Services Manager, City Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Information Services Manager, Public Works Manager, Operations Supervisor, Utilities Supervisor, Materials Management Manager, RCMP Municipal Manager, Airport Manager, Parks, Recreation and Culture Manager, Recreation and Culture Supervisor, Parks Planning Supervisor, Planning Services Manager, City Engineer, Assistant City Engineer(s), Human Resources Manager, Assistant Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Assistant, Safety Coordinator, Executive Assistant to the City Manager, Executive Assistant to the Mayor, and Executive Assistant to the Directors. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #1 between the CITY OF XXXXXXXX RIVER and the CANADIAN UNION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, Local 401 RE: Student Employment– For the Purpose of Beautification Projects within the City of Xxxxxxxx River This letter of understanding will remain in effect for the duration of this Agreement. Both Parties recognize the value of hiring students. The work experience for the students and the benefit to the City is recognized and supported by both parties. Therefore the Parties agree to the following for students hired under the City’s beautification project.
