Common use of Addendums Clause in Contracts

Addendums. Employees not now represented by the Union will be covered by the provisions of this Agreement and any future addendums attached or subsequently attached hereto, while the Union is certified as the exclusive bargaining representative of those Employees pursuant to the PEBA.
