Adding Subconsultants. Before any subconsultant not already identified in Exhibit B, Cost Summary can perform any Work under this Agreement, the Consultant shall provide a written request to the Project Representative and the County must provide written authorization of approval prior to the firm commencing Work. Such written authorization shall be followed up with an Amendment to the Agreement. The request shall include the following information:
