Common use of Addition, Deletion and Square Footage Adjustment of Locations Clause in Contracts

Addition, Deletion and Square Footage Adjustment of Locations. The Department reserves the right to add or delete locations, facilities, or specific buildings to and from the Contract resulting from this ITB when deemed to be in the best interests of the Department. These additions and deletions will be based on square footage. The Department also has the right to adjust square footage for specific buildings based on written agreement between Customer and Contractor.
