Addition of Cost of Project to Rate Base. For purposes of determining the transmission service charges payable under the Transmission Agreements entered into by the Participants (as set forth in Exhibit I to the Standard Form Transmission Agreement), IID shall add the cost of the Transmission Project to its investment in plant as shown on its books ("Transmission Plant") as follows.
