Addition or Replacement of the Project Personnel. The Research Institute agrees to secure additional Project Personnel or replace existing Project Personnel, upon the request of Co-Principal Investigator to the extent such addition or replacement is necessary in the opinion of the Co-Principal Investigator for the Collaborative Research.
