Additional Access Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, any grant of Access Rights not covered by the GA or this PCA shall be at the absolute discretion of the owning Party and subject to such terms and conditions as may be negotiated and ultimately agreed between the owning and a receiving Party(ies).
