Common use of Additional Accounting Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Accounting Services. BISYS shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Fund, without additional compensation: (i) Provide monthly a hard copy of the unaudited financial statements described below, upon request of the Trust. The unaudited financial statements will include the following items: (A) Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited Condensed Financial Information; (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the Administrator's monitoring of the Trust's status as a regulated investment Company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.

The unaudited financial statements will include the following items: (A) Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited Condensed Financial Information; (iib) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the TrustCompany's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR;; 112 (C) the TrustCompany's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the Administrator's monitoring of the TrustCompany's status as a regulated investment Company company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the TrustCompany's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SECSEC and other regulatory authorities.

Additional Accounting Services. BISYS shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Fund, without additional compensation: (i) Provide monthly a hard copy of the unaudited financial statements described below, upon request of the Trust. The unaudited financial statements will include the following items: (A) Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited Condensed Financial Information; (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the TrustCompany's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SARSAR and N-CSR; (C) the TrustCompany's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the Administrator's monitoring of the TrustCompany's status as a regulated investment Company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the "Code") and, when applicable, compliance with Section 817(h) of the Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the TrustCompany's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.

The unaudited financial statements will include the following items: (A) Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited Condensed Financial Information; (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's Funds' semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's Funds' annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the Administrator's monitoring of the Trust's Fund' status as a regulated investment Company company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's Funds' auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.

Additional Accounting Services. BISYS shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Fund, without additional compensation: (i) Provide monthly a download (and hard copy copy) of the unaudited financial statements described below, upon request of the Trust. The unaudited financial statements will include the following items: (A) Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited Condensed Financial Information; (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the Administrator's monitoring of the Trust's status as a regulated investment Company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.

Additional Accounting Services. BISYS Fund Accountant shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each the Fund, without additional compensation: (i) Provide monthly a download (and hard copy thereof) of the unaudited financial statements described below, upon request of the TrustFund. The unaudited financial statements download will include the following items: (A) Unaudited : Statement of Assets and Liabilities, (B) Unaudited , Statement of Operations, (C) Unaudited , Statement of Changes in Net Assets, and (D) Unaudited and Condensed Financial Information; (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Fund's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR; (B) the TrustFund's semi-annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form N-SAR; (C) the TrustFund's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; ; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A N-2 and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) the AdministratorInvestment Adviser's monitoring of the TrustFund's status as a regulated investment Company company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the TrustFund's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.
