Common use of Additional Accounts Clause in Contracts

Additional Accounts. 10.1 Additional Accounts may be opened in the name/s of individual/s as nominated and authorised by you. These individuals are called additional accountholders and will be issued with cards in their name/s. 10.2 The additional account will be allocated its own credit limit. 10.3 We will send the additional accountholder monthly statements in respect of the additional account. 10.4 Transactions made by the additional accountholder with the card, and interest and fees and charges relating to the additional card, will be debited to the additional accountholder's account. 10.5 Both you and the additional accountholder will be jointly and individually liable as co-principal debtors for all amounts owed on the additional account. This means that we may recover the full amount owed to us on the additional account from you and/or the additional accountholder.
