Additional Action Item. Action Item 1. By June 30, 2015, the District will convene one or more parent forums, in a language the parents can understand, to provide District parents with information regarding the alternative language program, including identification and assessment of students, alternative language services, exit criteria, and monitoring. Prior to convening the parent forum(s), the District will provide OCR with the date, time, and location of the event(s).
