Additional Activities, Engineering Hours, Additional Tool Training access to additional equipment and resources, and other Extraordinary Expenses (“Additional Services”) shall be made available at Novati’s sole discretion and shall be agreed to in writing prior to being performed by Novati BioNano Genomics shall pay for all Additional Services per the terms of the Master Services Agreement.
