Common use of Additional Acts and Documents Clause in Contracts

Additional Acts and Documents. Mortgagor covenants that it will do, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file and/or record, or cause to be recorded every and all such further acts, deeds, conveyances, advances, mortgages, transfers and assurances, in law as Mortgagee shall require for the better assuring, conveying, transferring, mortgaging, assigning and confirming unto Mortgagee all and singular the Mortgaged Property.
