Additional Activities. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company's express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity which is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with, my employment by the Company. I agree further that for the period of my employment by the Company and for one (l) year after the date of termination of my employment by the Company I will not induce any employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.

Additional Activities. In addition to the basic school day, teachers shall be required to participate in School District activities beyond the basic teacher's day. This participation shall include a share of extra-curricular, co-curricular, and supervisory activities, as determined by the School District.
Additional Activities. The CM/GC shall consult with the Owner and Design Professional regarding site use and improvements, as well as the selection of materials, building systems and equipment. The CM/GC shall provide recommendations designed to minimize adverse effects of labor or material shortages; time requirements for procurement, installation of equipment, and factors related to construction cost, including estimates of alternative designs or materials, and other possible economies.

Additional Activities. The Official Agency will participate in activities relating to food safety that may be agreed with the Authority, in collaboration with the Authority or other agencies as appropriate. The Official Agency will undertake tasks as agreed and provide results to the Authority.

Additional Activities. In addition to the basic school day, a teacher may be required to reasonably participate in activities that extend beyond it to attend to such matters as consultation with parents, faculty meetings, open houses, curriculum meetings, and other teaching responsibilities that cannot reasonably be scheduled within the regular school day. Such assignments shall be distributed as equitably as practicable among the staff and reasonable effort shall be made to consider the desires of the teacher in scheduling such activities.
