Common use of Additional Administrative Agents Clause in Contracts

Additional Administrative Agents. If the Administrative Agent shall from time to time deem it necessary or advisable, for its own protection in the performance of its duties hereunder or in the interest of the Banks, the Administrative Agent, the Borrowers and the Account Parties shall execute and deliver a supplemental agreement and all other instruments and agreements necessary or advisable, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, to constitute another commercial bank or trust company, or one or more other Persons approved by the Administrative Agent, to act as co-Administrative Agent or agent with such powers of the Administrative Agent as may be provided in such supplemental agreement and to vest in such bank, trust company or Person as such co-Administrative Agent or separate agent, as the case may be, any properties, rights, powers, privileges and duties of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
