Common use of Additional Agents Clause in Contracts

Additional Agents. If the Administrative Agent shall from time to time deem it necessary or advisable to engage other agents for its own protection in the performance of its duties hereunder or in the interests of the Lenders, then the Administrative Agent and Borrowers shall execute and deliver a supplemental agreement and all other instruments and agreements necessary or advisable, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, to constitute another commercial bank or trust company, or one or more other Persons approved by the Administrative Agent, to act as co-Administrative Agent or a separate agent with respect to any part of the Collateral, with such powers as may be provided in such supplemental agreement, and with the power to vest in such bank, trust company or other Person (as such co-Administrative Agent or separate agent, as the case may be), any properties, rights, powers, privileges and duties of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
