Parties’ Representatives. Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

The Parties may at any time replace their representatives by sending the other Party a revision to its respective Exhibit.
Parties’ Representatives. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx shall serve as the SBCCOG’s representative for the administration of the project. All activities performed by the Consultant shall be coordinated with this person. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall be in charge of the project for the Consultant on all matters relating to this Agreement and any agreement or approval made by him shall be binding on the Consultant. This person shall not be replaced without the written consent of the SBCCOG.
Parties’ Representatives. The General Manager of VTA or the General Manager’s designee is hereby made the representative of VTA for all purposes under this AGREEMENT. The Director of the Parks and Public Works for the TOWN or the Director’s designee is hereby made the representative of the TOWN for all purposes under this Agreement.
Parties’ Representatives. The Board and the Association agree that their duly designated representatives shall negotiate in good faith with respect to terms and conditions of employment.
Parties’ Representatives. 7.1 The Council and CAT will each appoint a Contact Officer.
7.2 The role of the Council’s Contact Officer is to: Be the initial point of contact within the Council for CAT Inform CAT, in writing, of any issues which may have an effect on the implementation of the service provision in this Agreement Provide information, advice and support to CAT as reasonably required Set up monitoring meetings with CAT Contact Officer to consider the information set out in Schedule 4 Inform CAT, in writing, of any change in the Council’s Contact Officer.
7.3 The role of CAT’s Contact Officer is to provide the information required in Schedule 4 of this Agreement and to inform the Council’s Contact Officer, in writing, if there is: a proposal by CAT to change or reduce the services set out in Schedule 2 any amount to be taken into account under 3.3 a major change to CAT’s financial budget; a change to CAT’s constitution; or a change in CAT Contact Officer.
7.4 The parties’ Contact Officers will be Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx of the Council and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx of CAT or such other officer as either party shall from time to time appoint to represent it and notify to the other party.
Parties’ Representatives. Each party acknowledges that the person appointed in the Specifications (or any substitute following a notice sent to the other party to that effect) represents that party and has full power to act, make decisions, and give the required authorizations with respect to the execution of this Agreement.
Parties’ Representatives. The PMT will include representatives from each Party as identified in the Business Terms Sheet. Each Party will assure that its PMT representative attends all PMT meetings, has authority to act on behalf of the Party, and fulfills his or her responsibilities as a PMT member. The PMT may approve any member’s designation of an alternate member, but any proposed replacement of a PMT member will be subject to the SMT’s approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Parties’ Representatives. A. LICENSEE shall designate in writing to ANAHEIM on-site representatives who shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation and level of maintenance, cleanliness, and general order.
B. The Director of Community Services or his or her representative shall represent the City of Anaheim in all matters so assigned under this License Agreement and shall be responsible for the administration of this License Agreement. Nothing contained in this Section shall be construed to authorize the Director of Community Services, or his or her representative, to amend, cancel, waive, or otherwise modify any terms of this License Agreement, except to the extent such changes or modifications are expressly authorized by this License Agreement.
Parties’ Representatives.
