2.2.2 For each Employment Year during the Term, Employee shall receive the difference between the Employee’s then Fixed Annual Compensation for the current Employment Year and the amount of additional compensation, as defined in Section 2.2.1 herein, earned for the same period, as a year-end bonus in accordance with the Company’s usual bonus practices.
2.2.3 For each and every Employment Year during the Term of this Agreement, the combined amount Employee’s then Fixed Annual Compensation for the current Employment Year and the amount of any Additional Compensation, as defined in Section 2.2.1 herein payed to Employee for the same Employment Year shall determine Employee’s Fixed Annual Compensation for the next Employment Year.
