Employer Policy. (a) As Occupational Health and Safety are integral to the Employer’s commitment to employees, its operations and success, the Employer will make every effort to prevent accidents and protect the health and safety of employees. In this regard, the Employer will maintain a formal Policy governing Safety and Occupational Health during the term of this Agreement.
(b) The Employer shall provide the Union and each employee with a current copy of its Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
(c) Procedures related to the responsibilities of all Parties, and administration and application of the Employer’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy, including the establishment of Safety Training Programs, shall be prepared and/or developed by the Departmental Health and Safety Committee for approval by the Employer.
(d) The Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall consist of two (2) representatives appointed by Management and two (2) representatives appointed by the Union.
(e) Employee representatives shall suffer no reduction of wages, benefits or other rights or entitlements under this Agreement for time spent in attending Health and Safety Committee meetings or other functions related to Committee activities as designated and approved by the Committee.
Employer Policy. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans or programs of Employer, if any, to the extent that his position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto. Such additional benefits shall include, subject to the approval of the Board, full medical, dental and disability income insurance, and participation in qualified pension and profit sharing plans, as well as a car allowance of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per month and a One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150.00) monthly cell phone allowance.
Employer Policy. In addition to the benefits granted in this Section 11.4, 2 nurses shall be eligible for the same military leave benefits that are made 3 available to all other employees in accordance with Employer policy. 4
Employer Policy. During the Term of this Agreement, Mxxxx shall be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans or programs of Employer, if any, to the extent that his position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto. Employer Policy. (a) The Executive agrees to be bound by the policies, written codes of conduct, and practices or procedures of the Employer as may exist and be varied from time to time.
(b) However, the policies of the Employer do not form part of this agreement.
Employer Policy. The Employer shall have the right to make, alter and eliminate, from time to time, procedures, policies, rules and regulations to be observed by the employees provided they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Employer shall provide a copy of all procedures, policies, rules and regulations to the Union, and shall promptly forward to the Union any amendments thereto. Where a procedure, policy, rule or regulation established by the Employer conflicts with any provision contained in this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence.
Employer Policy. Unless otherwise provided in this Article, the Employer’s policy regarding unpaid leaves of absence (in effect as of April 2014) shall be in effect for the duration of this Agreement. The following unpaid leaves of absence are included in this policy: FMLA Leave, State Specific Leave, Workers’ Compensation Leave, Personal Leave, Military Leave, and Domestic Violence Leave.
Employer Policy. Executive shall be entitled to all executive benefits currently offered or adopted by Employer during Executive’s employment with Employer.
Employer Policy. 6.01 The Employer agrees that any changes in policy or conditions of employment, which may adversely affect employees within this bargaining unit, shall be communicated to the Association in time to afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to consider them and, if necessary, to meet within fourteen (14) days with the Employer to make suggestions regarding such changes in policy or condition in employment.
