Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.
Financial Audit The School shall submit audited financial statements from an independent auditor to the Authorizer no later than November 1 of each year.
Final Audit Pursuant to section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, upon notice of non- renewal, closure, or termination, an independent audit shall be completed within 30 days to account for all public funds and assets. During the fiscal year in which the termination or non-renewal occurs, the Sponsor may withhold from the School's FEFP funds, without penalty or interest, an amount necessary to cover the costs for a final financial audit of the School. The audit shall be conducted by an independent certified public accountant.
Engineer Responsibilities No subcontract relieves the Engineer of any responsibilities under this contract.
Responsibilities of Counsel Class Counsel and Defense Counsel are jointly responsible for expeditiously finalizing and filing the Motion for Preliminary Approval no later than 30 days after the full execution of this Agreement; obtaining a prompt hearing date for the Motion for Preliminary Approval; and for appearing in Court to advocate in favor of the Motion for Preliminary Approval. Class Counsel is responsible for delivering the Court’s Preliminary Approval to the Administrator.
ADDITIONAL REPORTS Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.
HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.
