ALTERATION OF TERMS. 17 A. This Agreement, together with Exhibits A, B, and C attached hereto and incorporated herein, 18 fully expresses the complete understanding of COUNTY and CONTRACTOR with respect to the 19 subject matter of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, no addition to, or alteration of the terms of 21 this Agreement or any Exhibits, whether written or verbal, made by the parties, their officers, employees 22 or agents shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to this Agreement, which has 23 been formally approved and executed by both parties. 24

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Contract, no addition to, or alteration of the terms of 18 this Contract or any Exhibits thereof, whether written or verbal, made by the Parties, their officers, 19 employees or agents shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, 20 which has been formally approved and executed by both Parties. 21
ALTERATION OF TERMS. 10 This Agreement fully expresses all understanding of CITY and COUNTY with 11 respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and shall constitute the total 12 Agreement between the parties for these purposes. No addition to, or alteration 13 of, the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing, formally 14 approved and executed by duly authorized agents of both parties.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Contract, no addition to, or alteration of the terms of 13 this Contract or any Exhibits, whether written or verbal, made by the parties, their officers, employees or 14 agents shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, which has been 15 formally approved and executed by both parties. 16
ALTERATION OF TERMS. All additions, amendments, modifications and variations to this Agreement shall be effectual and binding only if in writing and signed by the duly authorised representatives of the Parties.
