Additional Borrower Counterpart Sample Clauses

The "Additional Borrower Counterpart" clause defines the conditions under which new entities may be added as borrowers under an existing loan agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for designating an additional borrower, such as requiring the consent of the lender and the completion of certain documentation or due diligence. By providing a clear mechanism for expanding the group of borrowers, this clause facilitates flexibility in financing arrangements and ensures that all parties understand the requirements and implications of adding new borrowers.
