Additional Cash Collateralization Requirements. In the event and on each occasion that the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the LC Exposure exceeds $40,000,000, the Borrowers shall deposit cash collateral in an account with the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.05(i) in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.
