Together with each Request for Borrowing, the Borrower shall deliver: (A) a Borrowing Base Certificate, and (B) a certification stating that no Borrower Party in the Fund Group has delivered a Plan Asset Notice to any Investor nor has any Borrower Party in the Fund Group received from an Investor a Plan Asset Opinion.
