Common use of Additional Charges of LC Issuer Clause in Contracts

Additional Charges of LC Issuer. The Company and each other Borrower and LC Obligor, as applicable, agree to pay directly to each LC Issuer upon each LC Issuance, drawing under, or amendment, extension, renewal or transfer of, a Letter of Credit issued by it such amount as shall at the time of such LC Issuance, drawing, amendment, extension, renewal or transfer be the processing charge, fees and administrative expenses payable with respect to the Letters of Credit that such LC Issuer is customarily charging for issuances of, drawings under or maintenance, negotiation, administration, amendments, extensions, renewals or transfers of, letters of credit issued by it.
