NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Unless otherwise specified herein, Contractor shall not include or impose any additional charges including, but not limited to, charges for shipping, handling, insurance, or payment processing.
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Except for the compensation described in the Compensation Schedule and travel-related expenses, if permitted, Citizens shall not be billed for or be obligated to pay to Vendor any charges, expenses, or other amounts for the Services or otherwise.
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Unless otherwise specified herein, no additional charges by the Contractor will be allowed including, but not limited to: handling charges such as packing, wrapping, bags, containers, reels; or the processing fees associated with the use of credit cards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that market conditions, laws, regulations or other unforeseen factors dictate, at the Master Agreement Administrator’s sole discretion, additional charges may be allowed.

NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. If this agreement requires you to provide a benefit or do an act, and no additional charges are stated, then this is to be performed as part of the Milk Price.

Contractor promptly shall pay all applicable taxes on its operations and activities pertaining to this Master Contract. Failure to do so shall constitute breach of this Master Contract. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall pay applicable sales tax imposed by the State of Washington on purchased goods and/or services. Contractor, however, shall not make any charge for federal excise taxes and Purchaser agrees to furnish Contractor with an exemption certificate where appropriate.

Unless expressly set forth in this Agreement or in Exhibit 4 as a responsibility of DIR, there shall be no charges, fees, expenses or other amounts payable to Service Provider for the provision of Services. Any costs incurred by Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date are included in the Charges and are not to be separately paid or reimbursed by DIR.
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. There are no additional charges. All charges for which Licensee shall be liable under this Agreement have been specified herein, and are subject to Licensee’s issuance of a Purchase Order.
