Additional Charges of Letter of Credit Issuer. The Borrower agrees to pay directly to each Letter of Credit Issuer upon each issuance of, drawing under, and/or amendment, extension, renewal or transfer of, a Letter of Credit issued by it such amount as shall at the time of such issuance, drawing, amendment, extension, renewal or transfer be the administrative or processing charge which such Letter of Credit Issuer is customarily charging for issuances of, drawings under or amendments, extensions, renewals or transfers of, letters of credit issued by it.
