Additional Conditions for Projects Involving Construction. A. Labor Standards The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. § 3141 et seq.) as amended, (further regulations and requirements are found at: xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/dba.aspx), the applicable provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. § 3701 et seq.), the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (18 U.S.C. Section 875), and all other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards insofar as those acts apply to the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance with hour and wage requirements of this part and shall make such documentation available to the City for review upon request.

  • Additional Conditions For each mediation or arbitration:

  • General Conditions Costs Construction Manager is entitled to receive payment for the actual cost of the allowable General Conditions items incurred after receipt of a Notice to Proceed with Construction from the Owner through Substantial Completion of the Project plus thirty (30) calendar days. Construction Manager is not entitled to reimbursement for General Conditions Costs incurred before receipt of the Notice to Proceed. General Conditions Costs incurred after Substantial Completion must be approved in advance by the Owner. Allowable General Conditions items are identified below and by attached exhibit. These items shall be included in the General Conditions cost amount shown as a line item in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and as detailed on the schedule of values.
