Additional Conditions Precedent to All Credit Extensions Against Eligible Collateral. Bank will be obligated to make any Credit Extension against Eligible Collateral only upon satisfaction of the following additional conditions precedent at the time the Credit Extension is requested and at the time the Credit Extension is to be made, as determined by Bank in its absolute and sole discretion:
