This agreement will bind and benefit the Parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns; provided that no conveyance or transfer of any interest of either Party will relieve a Party of any obligation to the other Party unless and until a Party’s successors or assigns are approved in writing by the other Party which consent will be in the consenting Party’s Sole Discretion.
