Additional Conditions to the Advance of Each Working Capital Loan. The obligation of the Lender to make each Working Capital Loan hereunder, including the making of the initial Loan on the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.1(c) is in each case subject to the satisfaction by the Borrower (or waiver by the Lender) of each of the following additional conditions precedent, the satisfaction of which shall be determined by the Lender in its good faith discretion:
