Common use of Additional Conditions to the Obligation of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Additional Conditions to the Obligation of Purchaser. The obligation of Purchaser to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby is also subject to fulfillment of each of the following conditions: (a) Sellers shall have performed each obligation to be performed by them hereunder on or prior to the Closing Date. (b) Purchaser shall have received such certificates of Sellers, dated the Closing Date, signed by officers of Sellers and others, to evidence compliance with the conditions set forth in Section 7.1 and this Section 7.3 as may be reasonably requested by Purchaser. (c) Purchaser shall have received a copy of the Sale and Assignment Order authorizing the execution, delivery and performance by the Sellers of this Agreement.
