ADDITIONAL CONSENT REQUIRED. The State asserts only that it has sufficient title for highway purposes. The City shall be responsible for obtaining such additional consent, permits or agreement as may be necessary due to this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, appropriate permits and clearances for environmental, ADA and public utilities.
