The Co-Owner/Promoter Developer undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Complex/Project after the building plan Said Plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Owner/Promoter Developer undertakes that it he has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesCompetent Authority (ies) and disclosed, except for any addition construction as may be permitted by the Competent Authority as provided in and/or permitted under the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Owner/Promoter Vendor/Developer undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan Said Plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.
