Common use of ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. After the Promoter/Developer executes this Agreement, they shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment and it is hereby agreed by and between the Parties herein, that if any such mortgage or charge or project finance loan is made or created for the entire Project or part of the Project in future for a short period then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge project finance loan shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment.
