D. Bargaining unit members employed into a tenure track position but with conditions will be placed at the rank for which the current credentials are met. Upon satisfaction of the conditions, the Bargaining Unit Member will be reevaluated and reclassified at the appropriate higher rank and salary step that would have met the minimum conditions for the initial employment. This action will not be retroactive or treated as a promotion for salary purposes as provided in Article 15.
