Additional Contractor Paid Billing Audit and Performance Review. In the event that the Billing Audit and Performance Review concludes that Contractor is not in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement and such non-compliance is material, the City may conduct an Additional Billing Audit and Performance Review to ensure that Contractor has cured any such area of non-compliance. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of any such Additional Billing Audit and Performance Review.
