Common use of Additional Customer Representations, Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Additional Customer Representations, Warranties and Covenants. Customer represents, warrants and covenants to iManage, during the Agreement Term, that (a) Customer is responsible for use of the Services by Authorized Users, and for ensuring that Authorized Users comply with the terms of this Agreement, (b) Customer owns or otherwise has and will have the necessary rights and consents in and relating to Customer Data as necessary in order to grant the rights to iManage contemplated by this Agreement, and (c) iManage’s Processing (as defined below) of Customer Data in accordance with the terms hereof does not, and will not, cause iManage to suffer any liability for violation of a third party’s rights, or violation of any applicable Law.
