Common use of Additional Deposits to Collection Account and Withdrawals from Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits to Collection Account and Withdrawals from Reserve Account. (a) The Servicer shall deposit in the Collection Account the aggregate Advances pursuant to Sections 4.4(a) and (b) and the aggregate advances pursuant to Section 4.4(c). The Servicer and the Seller shall deposit in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amounts with respect to Purchased Receivables and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts to be paid under Section 9.1. All such deposits with respect to a Collection Period shall be made, in immediately available funds, on the Business Day preceding the Distribution Date (or, with the prior consent of the Rating Agencies, on the Distribution Date) related to such Collection Period.
