ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY—RIGHTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord does reserve, during the term of this lease, the right to go upon and deal with the premises or part thereof for the purpose of implementing a common development plan for the project of which the premises are a part, and to install non-exclusive sidewalks, paths, roadways and other street improvements for use by vehicles, pedestrians, and for parking; to undertake such drainage programs to handle underground and surface drainage water and to make any other changes and/or improvements as Landlord shall deem advisable in the exercise of its sole discretion; provided, however, any such action by Landlord shall not unreasonably interfere with the rights of Tenant hereunder.
